We have informed you that we will send you a factory brand new watch together with box and papers; so, it would be in perfect condition. If this is not the case, you always have the right to return and nobody can change this rule. Chrono24 already provides necessary protection to the buyers all the time. However, as we understood malicious intent from your messages, your order was cancelled. We only want to sell our watches to the real customers. Since your payment was fully refunded, you are welcome to buy the watch from another dealer.

Dear Valued Customer, The watch is brand new as we never sell used watches. The watch still had the plastic case cover on it as you saw in the pictures we have sent to you. Also, the warranty of the watch was issued after the purchase. We didn't have any objection to your return. However, since you didn't ship the return to us by taking into account our suggestions, the customs process took more time than usual. If you have taken into account our instructions for the return shipment, it wouldn't take that much time. We have been always very helpful as we have informed you several times about the return shipment status. However, since you refused to cooperate, there was nothing left for us to do. There are time differences between countries and you need to take into account weekends. We see that you have sent just 2 messages to us and right after your second message, the order was confirmed and your message was replied. We still confirm that we have the watch in stock as advertised and you can buy it whenever you want. So, since this is the case, we didn't understand the reason of this negative review. Dear Valued Customer, Due to Covid-19 situation all around the world, we face some difficulties from time to time as we face lockdowns in our country like most of the other countries. However, we always replied back to your messages and informed you regarding the delivery date. The watch was brand new and even had all the plastic covers around the case. We have already shared the pictures of them with Chrono24 as per your complaint. Also, we always make quality check for all our watches before shipment and there was no problem with the watch. All the functions were working properly. We have already informed you that we will send you the warranty card separately as it can be missed to be included in the box. When you have decided to return, you didn't ask for anything from us and shipped the item back immediately. Once the post office informed us that the package is ready to pickup, we took it immediately. It's your right to return any watch purchased online. However, we didn't understand how it can lead you to rate this purchase with 1 star. We didn't argue about the return and there was no objection. We have informed you properly before and after the delivery. So, we believe that your rating is totally unfair and we hope you will not rate all your return purchases similarly even the seller has no fault. Kind regards,

Since there was a lockdown in our country at the weekend due to covid-19, we couldn't be able to reply back to you earlier. Your order was ready to ship but we have received cancellation notification from Chrono24 at the beginning of the week. Afterwards, we had nothing left but accepting the cancellation. Dear Valued Customer, We had to cancel your order as clearance process has been taking too much time in your country due to Covid-19 or any other unforeseen reasons. We didn't encounter any such problems before your order and that's why we have confirmed it. However, just before shipping your order, we noticed this problem with our recent shipments and informed you accordingly. Since we couldn't be able to interfere and speed up the process, we have decided to cancel the order for the benefit of both parties. In case of a late delivery or mess in the clearance process, you could also rate us with the lowest possible rating. We have answered all your questions in a timely manner and we have been in touch with you throughout the process. As a dealer, there is no point for us to cancel an order unless there is a big issue that we cannot control or have a solution for. Dear Valued Customer, We have already informed you that the payment has to be done in 3 days after you receive the order confirmation email. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the order. You made the payment on the 9th day after you received the confirmation and after the price of the watch has already increased. In the meantime, the watch was sold to another customer. Although we received the payment confirmation late and the watch was no longer in stock and the price of it has increased, we still tried to help you with a great offer again, which you refused to accept. At that point, we were left with no option but to cancel the order. We have been in communication with you and informed you in detail before the order cancellation. So, we believe that rating our communication with 1 star is not fair. Kind regards,
